Jeff Macko leads the Continuum Health IT sales organization, developing new business opportunities and creating customized solutions to meet client needs.
Prior to working with Continuum Health IT, Jeff spent more than 20 years in the staffing and consulting industry with globally-recognized consulting firms. During his tenure, he served in various roles of increasing responsibility focused on developing multiple professional sales organizations into industry leaders within the healthcare and financial verticals. Most recently, he spent eight years leading the National Sales Team for a leading healthcare IT consultancy.
Philip Howell
EVP, Corporate Development
Since the very beginning, Philip has driven the capitalization initiatives, strategic vision and corporate partnerships to effectively position Continuum Health IT in this high growth sector.
Prior to Continuum, Philip was instrumental in the development and growth of companies operating across several verticals including Medical Equipment Distribution, Transportation Logistics, Advanced Medical Imaging, and Healthcare AI/NLP Insights. He has played a crucial role in the origination, coordination, and execution of company sales, mergers, acquisitions, and recapitalizations.
Matt Odom
President
Matt leads the recruitment function of Continuum Health IT. He drives quality through implementing best practices and developing strategies for large-scale health IT implementations in hospitals and health systems.
Matt spent the last 15 years consulting in the healthcare and life sciences industries, spanning from medical communications and medical education for physicians and patients to providing real-world data for clinical research initiatives. Most recently, he led the delivery function for a start-up health IT consultancy, which rapidly grew in three years from zero to over 300 long-term consultants nationwide. Up to an additional 650 consultants were delivered for short-term projects to bring systems live. Matt demonstrates a keen understanding of the impact Continuum can make by providing clients with the expertise and resources necessary to accomplish their objectives.
Kelly Ostertag
VP, Operations
Kelly brings over 15 years of operations leadership to our clients and drives excellence and efficiencies across every business unit. She is an energetic, versatile management professional skilled at seeing the big picture while also focusing on the details.
Before joining Continuum Health IT, Kelly spent over 12 years at Centegra Health System where she served in progressive roles from Clinical Lead to Operations Manager, and most recently as Director of Operations for a healthcare IT consulting firm. Kelly has expertise in streamlining processes and systems, associate development, and standard operating procedure development.
Becky Manne, RN, BSN
VP, EHR Implementation
Becky is a clinician of 45 years holding operational positions in inpatient and outpatient settings and home health services. Over the last 15+ years, she held key leadership roles in healthcare technology for large multi-state health systems, academic medical centers, as well as community-based organizations.
Becky provides executive oversight for Operational Readiness, Advisory, Training & Go-Live Projects. She has completed over 200 Go-Lives and delivered key leadership for EHR implementation events such as credentialing job fairs and curriculum development and enhancement.
Dr. Sheryl Bushman, DO, FACOOG(D)
SVP, Physician Advisory
Dr. Sheryl Bushman is an OBG surgeon with 34 years of clinical experience in community and academic settings. She is a pioneer in healthcare technology, developing what is now commonly known as the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) role.
She has extensive practical experience in inpatient and outpatient settings within large multi-state health systems, academic medical centers, and community-based organizations.
She is an effective advisor with an intimate knowledge of healthcare challenges and IT systems, and guides healthcare leadership through the challenges experienced at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
David Lamondin
Director of Delivery, Senior Healthcare IT Recruiter
With more than a decade of experience in healthcare IT recruiting, David Lamondin provides training, mentorship, instruction, direction, and leadership to the Continuum recruiting team, driving them to achieve and exceed goals.
Before joining Continuum Health IT, David held senior recruiting positions at various healthcare IT firms, including Contineo Health, Cumberland Consulting Group, KORE1, Global IT Resources Inc., and AMN Healthcare.
Alongside his leadership responsibilities, he also functions as a Senior Healthcare IT Recruiter, building relationships and working to understand the career aspirations of healthcare professionals. His expertise includes full-cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates, managing applicant tracking systems, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining client and candidate relationships.
